Privacy Policy

1. The terms used in this Privacy Policy are defined as follows:

  • Operator: The owner of the Store, specifically:

  • Store: The online service available at www.minis-workshop.com, including all functions and tools available through this site.

  • User: Any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the services offered in the Store, including creating and managing a Store Account, purchasing products, subscribing to the newsletter, and any visitor to the Store.

  • Store Account: An account created in the Store by the User and managed by the Operator.

  • GDPR: The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016), concerning the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data.

2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline the actions taken by the Operator regarding personal data collected via the Store and related services and tools used by Users when performing activities such as creating and managing a Store Account, placing orders, subscribing to the newsletter, and related activities. This Privacy Policy is governed by Polish law, in accordance with GDPR.

Data Controller

3. The Operator is the controller of personal data provided by Users in connection with using the Store.

4. The Operator is authorized to process personal data provided by the User to manage the User’s Store Account, fulfill and process orders, including payments, handle newsletter subscriptions, communicate with the Store’s customer service, and handle complaints based on collected consents (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or as necessary to perform service contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or for the legitimate interests pursued by the Operator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish and defend legal claims.

5. When visiting the Store for browsing purposes, personal data provision is not required. However, for using services in the Store, such as purchases or newsletters, Users may need to provide the following information: name, delivery address, email, phone number, login, and password (set by the User when creating a Store Account to access the Store Account and place orders in the Store).

6. The Operator may also automatically collect and record information in the form of “cookies.” Details regarding cookies are provided in the "Cookies Policy" section in the Privacy Policy. Other than information in cookies, the Operator does not automatically collect User information.

Purposes of Data Processing

7. The Operator processes User personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • User service, including creating and managing the User’s Store Account, fulfilling orders placed through the Store, sending commercial information via electronic means (if the User consents), resolving technical issues, and handling complaints.

  • Contacting the User regarding the provided services and User support via available communication channels, primarily email and phone.

  • Monitoring all and specific User activity, managing Store traffic, including research and analysis to improve service accessibility.

  • Tailoring Store content to the User's preferences, including displaying advertisements.

  • Enforcing compliance with the terms of www.minis-workshop.com.

8. Users may request access to, correction of, deletion, or restriction of data processing by contacting kontakt@minis-workshop.com. They can also withdraw consent to data processing, object to processing, or transfer data, with the Operator taking appropriate measures to fulfill these requests.

9. User data is protected with technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. The Operator ensures that subcontractors and other partners provide appropriate security measures when processing personal data on behalf of the Operator.

10. Sharing Personal Data

User data may be shared with other services managed by the Operator and third-party companies or individuals performing services on behalf of the Operator, such as order processing, delivery, email handling, data analysis, marketing support, payment processing, and customer service. These entities are required to process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
