Store regulations
I. Company Information
1. The online store www.minis-workshop.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Store," is an unregistered business operated by:

2. The Store sells products via the Internet.
3. All information regarding the Store, orders, complaints, etc., can be obtained via email at kontakt@minis-workshop.com.
4. Responses are provided within 48 hours (on business days).
5. All prices on the Store’s website are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include tax. The price listed with each product is binding at the time of order confirmation by the customer. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of products in its offer, introduce new products to the online store’s offer, and conduct and cancel sales on the store’s website or make changes to them.
II. Orders and Their Fulfillment
1. Orders are accepted via the website www.minis-workshop.com and, in exceptional cases, by sending a message to the email address kontakt@minis-workshop.com.
2. No account registration is required to place an order on www.minis-workshop.com.
3. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation sent to the address provided during registration. This email includes:

The number and price of the ordered products,

Delivery costs and, if applicable, the cost of the selected payment method; delivery costs cover comprehensive order handling from placement to assembly, packaging, and handover to the carrier for delivery,

The estimated order fulfillment date.
4. Order processing begins:

For prepaid orders - upon receipt of the payment in the Store’s account.
5. From the time of order placement until processing, the customer may cancel their order by contacting the Store via email.
6. The Store reserves the right to combine products from multiple orders by the same customer, directed to the same delivery address, and processed on the same day into one collective shipment.
7. The processing time for an order, counted from the date of payment receipt, is on average 3 business days; however, we reserve the right to extend this period to 30 business days in exceptional cases. Orders are shipped once fully assembled.
8. The estimated delivery time for the customer includes the order processing time plus the shipping time, which depends on the chosen delivery method.
9. The customer can choose the following payment methods for ordered products:

Prepaid by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic, JCB, Discover, Diners Club);

Prepaid by electronic transfer via the Przelewy24 service.
10. Currently, we do not process international shipments.
III. Returns and Withdrawal from the Agreement
1. According to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the customer may withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. To withdraw from the agreement, a clear statement must be sent electronically to kontakt@minis-workshop.com, along with information allowing for the identification of the order (e.g., order number, delivery address, etc.). The product must then be returned as per the instructions provided by the Store in response to the withdrawal notice.
3. In the event of withdrawal, the Store guarantees a full refund within 7 days, including the cost of shipping to the buyer, from the time the returned goods are received by the Store. The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment unless impossible (in which case, by transfer to a specified bank account).
4. The customer may also return part of the order (e.g., specific purchased products) within 14 days. In this case, the Store guarantees a refund of the price of these products at the time of ordering and a refund of delivery costs proportionate to the total order value.
5. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods (sending them to the Store’s address).
6. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
IV. Complaints
1. In the event of any discrepancies in the package contents with the order placed, product damage, or missing items, the customer may submit a complaint to kontakt@minis-workshop.com, providing the necessary order identification details (e.g., delivery address, order number, etc.) and a detailed description of the issue.
2. The damaged item will be replaced with a new, full-value one, or the customer may choose whether the Store refunds the value of the product or provides a discount voucher equal to the value of the damaged item, which can be used on the next order.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
4. If returning the product is necessary, the Store will arrange a courier to pick up the package from the customer or prepare a label for the customer to use to return the package. The customer incurs no related costs.
5. If a product return results from a complaint, the Store will refund the customer the full amount paid for the product and the delivery cost.
V. Terms of Service
1. In using the Store, the customer is obliged to refrain from any activities that could negatively affect the Store’s proper functioning, including, but not limited to, interfering with the Store’s content or technical elements.
2. It is forbidden to use the Store for purposes inconsistent with its intended use, including spamming, conducting any commercial, advertising, or saleal activities on the Store’s website.
3. The use of automated data collection systems (including "robots," "spiders," "crawlers," etc.) that burden the Store’s technical systems more than an average human user would is prohibited.
4. Automatic data extraction from the Store to display it on other websites is prohibited unless explicit permission is granted for such actions.
